Areas of Experience

I work with a wide range of concerns and life challenges, offering a supportive, non-judgmental space for healing and growth. My approach is personalized — blending methods like the Gottman Method for couples, Process Therapy, and specialized training in PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) to meet each client’s needs.

Below are some of the areas I specialize in:

Neurodiversity & ADHD

Support for children, teens, and adults with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (including PDA profile), and other developmental differences. We focus on understanding your unique strengths, building strategies that work for your life, and creating an environment where you can thrive.

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Living with OCD can feel exhausting when intrusive thoughts and repetitive behaviors take up so much of your energy. In our work together, we’ll create a safe, understanding space to explore what’s underneath the anxiety, find ways to feel more grounded, and build self-compassion — so you can live more freely and fully.

Anxiety & Panic Disorders

Whether it’s a constant sense of worry or sudden panic attacks, anxiety can disrupt daily life. Together, we’ll work to understand your triggers, calm your nervous system, and help you feel more in control and at ease.

Addiction & Codependency

I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore patterns of substance use or codependent relationships. Our work focuses on understanding the roots of these behaviors, setting healthy boundaries, and building more fulfilling connections.

Chronic Pain & Medical Illness

Chronic pain and medical challenges affect more than just the body — they impact mood, relationships, and self-image. I help clients navigate the emotional side of living with pain or illness, so you can find ways to cope and improve your quality of life.

Depression

When life feels heavy, it can be hard to see a way forward. I work alongside you to explore what’s contributing to your depression, gently reconnect you with hope, and help you rediscover meaning and joy in daily life.

Divorce & Life Transitions

Major changes — whether chosen or not — can shake our sense of stability. I provide support through divorce, relocation, career shifts, and other transitions, helping you process emotions and find your footing again.

Domestic Violence & Trauma

Survivors of abuse and trauma deserve a space that feels safe and affirming. I help you process experiences at your own pace, rebuild a sense of safety, and begin to trust yourself and others again.

Family Therapy & Parenting

Family relationships can be both rewarding and challenging. I work with families to improve communication, strengthen bonds, and navigate parenting challenges, creating more harmony at home.

Phobias

Fears can limit your freedom in ways you may not even realize. Together, we’ll explore what’s behind your phobia and find gentle, empowering ways to help you feel more confident and capable in your daily life.

If you’re experiencing challenges in any of these areas, I’m here to help.
I offer in-person sessions in Southwest Austin and online therapy throughout Texas, and I accept Cigna and Aetna insurance.
